  • Medical qì gōng is a form of multidisciplinary bodywork within the traditional Chinese Medicine framework.

    During these sessions, we will use a combination of techniques to suit your individual patterns and goals.

    Medical qì gōng utilizes the bodies natural healing intelligence to activate and improve circulation, regulate the nervous system, reduce pain, hydrate muscles, fascia and connective tissue, and release blockages whether they be physical, emotional, or spiritual.

    Auricular acupuncture (acu-detox protocol) can be included in this treatment.

Auricular Acupuncture — Acu-Detox Protocol

  • The National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) “acu-detox” protocol is a treatment that involves using needles or seeds to stimulate 5-points on the ears.

    These points correlate with 5 main organ systems in traditional Chinese medicine and activate the parasympathetic nervous system to promote relaxation and healing throughout the entire body.

    Studies have shown this treatment can support a reduction in drug and alcohol withdrawal symptoms and cravings, improve sleep quality, emotional wellbeing, and pain management.
