My style of practice is grounded in meeting you where you are. With a combination of acupuncture, medical qì gōng, and lifestyle support, it is possible to achieve relief from many ailments and create shifts in your life that you may have never thought were possible.

Chinese medicine theory views the body as an integrated system that is inherently and inseparably connected to its environment. I am passionate about creating networks of accessible healthcare and spaces where people can heal together physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I am inspired to be part of a long lineage of radical people throughout history who have kept this medicine alive since ancient times; in particular the work of the Barefoot Doctors in China and Black Panthers and Young Lords in New York City.

I am excited to share this medicine with you, and explore how these ancient practices can continue to shape our future.

Community acupuncture pop-up clinics

Community acupuncture treatments are offered in a group setting, in a circle of reclining zero-gravity chairs. It is a unique opportunity to sit quietly with a group of friends & strangers — close your eyes, and connect with your body’s healing intelligence.

The NADA acu-detox protocol is a 5-point auricular (ear) acupuncture protocol that was developed to treat symptoms of addiction, stress and trauma, and has shown to provide a wide range of benefits including pain management, improved sleep quality, and increased capacity to cope with emotions.

Pop-up clinics are donation-based and 100% of the proceeds go towards creating more free and accessible services in Western MA and Southern VT.
